You can receive your orders from our store in the 14th km of Thessaloniki-Serres. This means that the system will not charge you any shipping costs. You should be aware that we will have to inform you about the day your order will be ready so that you can receive it.
- COURIER-delivery to your home.
The shipping of our products is done either with ACS courier, or with Elta, or with Comvos express, or with a shipping company depending on the volume of the product.

- Package weighing up to 2kg for land and island Greece is 3,5 euros.
- Package weight 2,01-5kg for land Greece is 4,5 euro.
- Package weight 5,01-10kg for land Greece is 5,5 euro.
- Package weight 10,01 - 20kg for land Greece is 6,5 euro.
- Package weight 2,01-5kg for Peloponnese, Crete and island Greece is 6 euros.
- Package weighing 5.01-8kg to Peloponnese, Crete and island Greece is 8.5 euros.
- Package weight 8,01 - 20kg to Peloponnese and Crete is 9,5 euros.
- Package weight 8,01 - 20kg to island Greece is 11,5 euros.
Free shipping throughout Greece for orders over 50 euros and for parcels up to 2kg.
Cash on delivery fee: 2 euros.
- Transport company.
In case your parcel is bulky or exceeds 20kg, the order is sent by transport company and cash on delivery is not supported, after consultation for the cost and the selection of the appropriate company. The cost of this option includes the transfer of your order to the nearest transport agency in your area and then you undertake to pick up your order from there. If you wish to send your order with a transport of your choice you should contact us to inform us and give us all the details of the transport company you wish.

- All products if they are in stock when you order, are delivered in 1-3 days depending on the region if your order is registered by 12 noon. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday.
- If any of the products in your order have been sold out due to simultaneous sale at the Local Store, you will be informed by phone of the date of receipt.
- The company is not responsible for unexpected delays in the delivery of products (courier strike, weather events, etc.)
